The course has been designed with ‘bite-sized’ learning in mind. Each of the videos is under 10 minutes long, but in total you will experience over two hours of insightful content. I highly recommend watching one or two videos per sitting, letting the learning take root before moving on. Here are some tips to to help you maximise your experience:

  • Watch the videos in order, as each one builds upon your learning from the last
  • Allow plenty of time between each video to complete the exercises given
  • Get a journal to record your own personal thoughts, ideas and insights as you go along
  • Before listening to the meditations be sure to read the important instructions in the next tab
  • Share the course with like minded friends and discuss it together!

 

Before you listen to the meditations please take a moment to read the following guidelines for maximum benefit and enjoyment:

  • Make sure you can be undisturbed for about 20 minutes
  • Sit or lay down with your arms and legs uncrossed
  • Listen through headphones
  • It is helpful to listen with your eyes closed
  • Breath deeply and slowly; in through your nose and out through your mouth
  • Enjoy daily!!
